Cornerstone Counselling Service has been in operation since 1996. This is a confidential and professionally run Counselling Service, sponsored by the South England Conference of the Seventh day Adventist Church.
We aim
CCS has been working with children, young people, adults, couples and families for over 20 years.
We offer a professional, confidential service available for all. Our counsellors are skilled in a variety of areas and we work with other agencies.
The counselling service is open from Monday to Friday as follows:

We have Locations at Watford, Dunstable, Greenwich, Herne- Hill, Streatham, Thornton heath, Milton Keynes, Stratford, Reading Central, Reading West, Basingstoke, Lewisham, Croydon, Leighton Buzzard, Chatham, and New bold College.
Our Counsellors have membership with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapist (BACP), British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapist (BABCP), National Council of Psychotherapist (NCP) are registered/accredited. CCS are an affiliate member of the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC). The Service operates under the codes of ethics of these organisations. Our counselling service is GDPR compliant and are registered with the ICO.
CCS counsellors are trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Multimodal Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis Therapy, Person Centred therapy and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and Systemic. The counselling orientation of the service is integrative. We also have counsellors who are specialised in addictions, couple counselling, children and young people. As a counselling agency Cornerstone is committed to on going training for our counsellors to meet the ever-increasing demands of our clients.
