Relationship Counselling

“Love does not consist of gazing at each other, but in looking together in the same direction"

-Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

What is Relationship Counselling?

Relationships with others are not easy, and being able to connect to others can bring up anxiety and make people feel less valued.

Life is very complicated and stressful now coupled with social media and technology, we sometimes forget how to relate to others which can lead to feelings of loneliness, rejection, disappointment and anger as a result of arguments and miscommunications with those around us. This can leave us feeling angry, disappointed, rejected and lonely.

Relationship counselling can help you discover healthier patterns of relating to others.

Couples counselling is a place to come together to plan, refocus and attain goals together, at CCS we use the Prepare and Enrich programme.

The Prepare-Enrich programme helps couples prepare for marriage, enrich their relationship, or review and improve their co-parenting by taking stock of their strengths and growth areas.
